Le Moulin de Madame
The Moulin de Madame will be converted and developed by a French property company, Prestige Riverside Developments using local French builders and architects who have been involved in such projects for many years. The sale of each property is on a freehold basis whereby each owner becomes a member of the “Lotissement” of Le Moulin de Madame, which is the vehicle for the management of the estate. In a way it is similar to leaseholders owning a share of the freehold in the UK. All monies paid to the company will be held in accounts controlled by the independent Notaire and will only be released to the developer when documentation has been verified confirming the various stages on building works. The company also has a guarantee in place so, should anything happen to the company during the course of construction, clients will not lose their money.
