Flooring

The flooring in the houses and apartments will be a mixture of wood and tiling. Combined with the underfloor heating/cooling system, this will keep the properties cool in summer and warm in winter.

Kitchen

As is usual in France, the properties will come with unfinished kitchens. Prestige Riverside can arrange for a kitchen to be designed and installed to your specifications at an extra cost.

Bathroom

All the bathrooms in the properties are fully fitted and are completed with Jacob et Delafon and Hansgrohe products. We have left the choice of finish up to you:
