We aim to please the most exacting tastes so all the interiors will be finished to a high standard throughout the development, giving you all the benefits of leading edge domestic technology in a rural environment. However we already understand that some customers like to finish their units to individual tastes when it comes to interior colours and final touches .In addition we are using a variety of technologies to make your property as eco-friendly as possible. A number of the properties will feature an eco-friendly under floor heating /cooling system throughout ( see photo gallery ) and in addition some units will be powered by an innovative heat exchange system, which produces more electricity than it uses and should be more cost effective in the longer term

Flooring

The standard flooring in the houses and apartments will be a mixture of wood and tiling. Combined with the under floor heating/cooling system, this will keep the properties cool in summer and warm in winter. We will be using as much as possible woods which have been carefully sourced from responsible wood importers .

Kitchen

As is usual in France, the properties will come with unfinished kitchens. Le Moulin de Madame Sarl can arrange for a kitchen to be designed and installed to your specifications at an extra cost. To date our clients have seemed happy with our own ideas which reflect a modern touch with considerable storage area but not taking away from the general open feel of each property.

Bathroom

All the bathrooms in the properties are fully fitted and are completed with either a Traditional or Contemporary finish .

Storage

Each house or unit will have some fitted cupboards as standard ( see plans ) but already we have been asked to supply addition built in storage units we are happy to add these in line with customers requirements however this will be an added cost.
